eSign eMortgage Myths

eSign accommodates users with three different ways to sign documents electronically:

1. Click to Agree - Easily sign documents by clicking a simple agreement
2. Electronic Signature Pad - Similar to devices common at retail stores
3. Tablet PC - Sign your name with a digital pen directly on the screen

This versatility reduces or eliminates the time spent at the closing table. Borrowers can sign their loan documents in your office or anywhere with web access. Encomia software is similarly flexible. The ENC3 Solution can be either installed directly on your computer or accessed via the web.

Users will be guided through an intuitive electronic signing process. Simple tutorials and wizards assist at every stage. Additionally, the application alerts you to any discrepancy or incomplete information in the documents. The system also includes an option to sign each document individually or all at once with one signature.

Digital signatures are as safe and binding as paper documents, and their integrity is secure regardless of the electronic signing method used. Encomia's software locks an encrypted digital stamp on each signature, while tamper seals prevent any alteration of the documents.

Encomia's software supports original files from several existing LOS formats, and displays Category 1 and Category 3 SMART Docs. The ENC3 Solution also complies with MISMO standards, and has been approved by major underwriters.
