Encomia Software Architecture

The Encomia eDisclosures and eClosing software give technologists an easy way to add online eSign capabilities, while eVault securely stores electronic assets.

Encomia’s suite of eLending products utilizes the Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft C# and ASP.NET to create an open, flexible architecture accessible to end users through a web browser.

eDisclosures and eClosing are capable of integrating with virtually any Loan Document, Loan Origination System or Title Document system to grant electronic document conversion and electronic signing capabilities. Data is transported in XML file format, and the software interfaces with other applications via SOAP requests.  Languages which support SOAP include C#, VB.NET, Java and Ruby.

Encomia eVault uses secure PKI encryption to protect electronic assets.  In addition, signed documents can be given tamper-evident seals.  The eVault’s flexible architecture accepts all common file formats, including MISMO SMART Doc, PDF, TIFF, JPEG, and Microsoft Word DOC.  Encomia’s eVault is integrated with the MERS® eRegistry for mortgage loan documents, and can generate custom reports for all mapped document data.
