Who we are
Founded in 1999, Encomia provides an integrated solution that electronically consolidates the entire mortgage process. Our scalable software and web-based applications enable lenders and borrowers to quickly become eMortgage ready. Based in Houston, Texas, Encomia works closely with numerous financial institutions of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies to independent brokers.

Encomia actively participates in the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO), which created and now advances the guidelines for electronic mortgages. Encomia has also partnered with the National Notary Association (NNA) to furnish notaries with a comprehensive eSign and eNotary solution.

Management team

Andrew Dubinsky – Encomia's founder, president, and chief executive officer. Mr. Dubinsky has more than ten years of experience in the IT sector and is a recognized authority on eMortgages and eMortgage technology. He is a frequent presenter at industry conferences and has published numerous articles on electronic mortgages and related software solutions.

Andrew Krieger – Encomia's chief operating officer. Mr. Krieger is a seasoned executive with an extensive background in both consumer hardware and software products. He has held senior sales and marketing positions with large market-leading companies including Compaq, Harman International and Memorex.

Sam Touchet – Encomia's chief financial officer. Mr. Touchet has a strong financial background, which includes his previous role as treasury manager for the Dallas County Hospital District. He has planned and directed financial management activities for banks, hospitals and municipalities, and has managed a fixed-income asset portfolio valued at more than $1.3 billion.
